No 'leaving' quotes in the Telegraph article so pure speculation.
But definite "undecided" quotes in this Mail article today:
'I signed a contract a good two weeks after the season last time. This season it falls in the same lines. The negotiations take place and the outcome will be made clear to everyone. The speculation about other managers is bound to happen.
'You are bound to get a whisper here and there. It is the world we live in today. Whether I am staying or going has not been decided here.

Do you think there's any possibility that a take over from a wealthy new owning group - lured by Prem football + the OS - is simply waiting to see if we get rid of this fat cunt then they buy us out and we can attract almost anybody?

So Sam's agent drops hints to a journo friend that SA has turned down WH to keep his image as a highly desirable manager for failing clubs intact while negotiating with top clubs like Fulham, Sunderland & QPR.
G&S tell friendly journos that this story is untrue and it will only be discussed at the end of the season and no decision has been made while negotiating with several manager's agents to ascertain their interest in joining WH...
Sounds like the blind leading the deaf & dumb down a tricky road...
